Information About Us:

The 'www.partythisway.co.uk website is operated by UK Wedding Favours Limited ("We/we" or "Us/us"). We are a Limited Company registered in England (with registered number 09304544).  Our registered office is at: 12 Lime Close, Addingham, Ilkley LS29 0TP.  Our VAT number is 200 4240 83

Delivery:

All our orders are usually despatched within 1-2 working days from receipt of order. 

We always try to help with last minute orders where we can. Please call us if you are concerned about a tight delivery time.

Availability:

Most items are kept in stock but very occasionally we may experience delays in receiving goods from our suppliers which could result in a delay in delivery. If this happens we will always attempt to inform you of the situation.

Guarantee & Returns Policy

Our products are covered by a 14 day no quibble guarantee. However, a return authorisation needs to be granted before returning any goods. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days. All returns MUST be unused and in their original packaging to obtain a refund. When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore highly recommend that you use recorded delivery. Your refund will be in the form of the original method of payment.

Returns Exceptions:

Confectionery due to the fact that these are food products and we are unable to control the handling and conditions they have been kept in once they leave our premises.

Cancellations:

Should you wish to cancel an order please inform us by email or telephone as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have already been despatched.

Payment:

Payment is taken when an order is placed.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling.

VAT is included in all displayed prices. VAT no: 200 4240 83

All orders are secured by PayPal, which controls PayPal Account and Credit/Debit Card payments
